Jason Miletsky earned his B.S. degree from Nova Southeastern University in Behavioral Science. Jason is a certified Exceptional Student Education teacher grades K-12 and a certified personal trainer. Jason began his career at the Baudhuin Oral School at Nova Southeastern University teaching grades K-5 individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Jason then became a Sports and Special Needs Director for The YMCA of Broward County. He has also consulted with Atlanta Public Schools through the Autism Consortium at Nova Southeastern University. Currently he is an ESE, Behavior Specialist, and Autism Coach for the Broward School District. He also owns his own company called Exceptional Fitness LLC, specializing in fitness and athletics for individuals with Autism and other special needs. Jason has an extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis, athletics, fitness, recreation management, martial arts, program development, and implementation of developmentally appropriate programs and curriculum for typical individuals as well as those with special needs of all ages.

The combination of his experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism strategies, recreation, fitness, and coaching sports has provided him with the unique insight to develop Exceptional Fitness™ Autism, Special Needs, and Youth Fitness.
