Autism and Special Needs Fitness Programs and Services

This program not only provides individualized fitness training, but it also helps individuals learn the social etiquette as it related to navigating a gym environment as independently and appropriately as possible. This program is done on a personal and very small group basis. This program takes place in one of our fully inclusive gym partner locations.

Exceptional Fitness classes take place in several locations throughout Broward County. They are designed to build fitness, social, behavioral, and safety skills through the use if the Exceptional Fitness™ curriculum. The coach to student ratio is kept at no more than 1:3.

These sessions are designed to take place at the participants home, local park, or one of our gym locastions.They employ all of the same curriculum but on a strict 1 to 1 basis in order to maximize skill aquisition and  our core "survival skills" to be ready for a small group or group setting. They can also compliment ongoing participation in group classes.

You supply the group, we supply the coaches, equipment, and location!!!

EFF provides training to individuals, gyms, and recreation programs who desire to provide fitness coaching and recreation programs to individuals on the Autism Spectrum and other special needs.
